Kitchen counters, stovetop, all bathrooms, floors (mopped tile, vacuumed carpet), dusting surfaces and baseboards, mirrors, trash out. We keep notes per household — which family has the cat that hides in the master closet, which one needs fragrance-free products because of the baby.
Weekly 3BR/2BA: $135–$170/visit | Biweekly: $185–$240
The reset clean for homes that need more than maintenance. Inside the oven, behind the refrigerator, window tracks, light fixtures taken down and washed, grout scrubbed in both bathrooms, cabinet fronts wiped inside and out. Typically takes a two-person crew four to six hours depending on square footage and how long it has been since the last deep clean.

Turnover cleaning for renters, landlords and property managers. Every surface a new tenant might touch gets scrubbed: inside all appliances, closet shelves and rods, garage floor swept, blinds wiped, AC vents de-dusted. We photograph the finished unit so the landlord has a record.

Offices, dental practices, chiropractic clinics, real estate brokerages — small-footprint commercial accounts where a national janitorial franchise is overkill. Restroom restock, waiting area wipe-down, break room sanitize, trash and recycling. Monthly contract with a walkthrough checklist the manager signs.

We tried two other companies before these guys. One sent a different person every time and the second one used so much bleach the grout in the bathroom started turning white in patches. A&F sends the same pair every other Tuesday, they know the house, and the tile still looks the way it should.
